Seller Dashboard

Once a seller’s application is approved, they land on their dashboard at https://byndio.in/seller/dashboard. This is their home base — the first thing they see every time they sign in.

The dashboard gives sellers a quick snapshot of how their store is doing:

  • Total Sales — The overall revenue they have earned on the platform.
  • Total Orders — How many orders have come in across all their products.
  • Revenue — A summary of earnings after platform commission.
  • Recent Orders — A list of the latest orders so they can take action quickly.

Think of it as a daily briefing. Sellers check this page to see if anything needs their attention — a new order to confirm, a spike in sales, or a drop they should investigate.

The left-hand sidebar is how sellers navigate their entire area. Here is what each link leads to:

SectionWhat it does
ProductsCreate, edit, and manage all listed products.
OrdersView and process incoming orders.
AnalyticsSales graphs, product performance, and traffic data.
CommissionsSee how much commission the platform takes per order.
WalletCheck earnings, request withdrawals, view transaction history.
DropshipManage dropshipping arrangements (if applicable).
AdsPromote products through on-platform advertising.
ConversationsMessage customers about orders or product questions.
SettingsUpdate store details, bank information, and preferences.

Sellers who want to go deeper than the dashboard summary can visit the Analytics page. It shows:

  • Sales graphs — Visual charts of sales over different time periods (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Product performance — Which products are selling well and which are not moving.
  • Traffic data — How many people are viewing the seller’s products.

This helps sellers make better decisions about what to stock, what to promote, and where to focus their efforts.

You do not need to do anything on the seller dashboard directly — it is the seller’s workspace. However, understanding what they see helps when a seller reaches out with questions. If a seller says “my dashboard shows zero orders,” you know exactly what page they are looking at and can investigate from your side.
