The homepage at https://byndio.in is the first thing visitors see. It is designed to showcase your best products, highlight active deals, and guide shoppers towards categories they might be interested in.

The homepage is made up of several sections, stacked top to bottom:

  • Hero banners — A large, rotating slideshow at the very top. This is prime real estate. Use it for seasonal promotions, new arrivals, or brand campaigns. Each slide can have a background image, a headline, a short description, and a call-to-action button that links wherever you choose.

  • Category showcase — A row of category icons or images that help visitors jump straight into a product category. Visitors can browse all categories from here without scrolling through the whole site.

  • Trending products — A curated or algorithm-driven section showing products that are getting attention right now. This keeps the homepage feeling fresh and current.

  • Deals section — Highlights products that have active discounts or are part of a flash sale. Great for creating urgency and driving conversions.

  • Newly launched — Showcases the latest products added to the marketplace. This encourages sellers to keep uploading new inventory, knowing they will get visibility.

  • Promo banners — Smaller banner images placed between sections. You can use these to promote specific categories, seller storefronts, or upcoming events.

  • CTA (Call-to-Action) banners — Attention-grabbing blocks that encourage visitors to take a specific action, like signing up as a seller or checking out a sale.

  • Featured products — Hand-picked products you want to push. Unlike trending or newly launched, you choose exactly what goes here.

  • Subscribe section — A simple email signup area at the bottom, inviting visitors to join a mailing list for updates and offers.

How to change what appears on the homepage

All homepage content is managed from the admin panel. Go to https://byndio.in/admin and look for the CMS section in the sidebar.

From there, you can:

  • Add, edit, or remove hero slides — Upload a new image, write a headline, add a link, and set the display order. You can have as many slides as you want, but three to five works best to keep load times reasonable.

  • Update promo banners — Swap out images, change links, or rearrange the order. These are the smaller banners between sections.

  • Configure CTA banners — Set the message and destination URL for each call-to-action block.

  • Manage featured products — Pick which products show up in the featured section. This is a manual selection, so update it regularly to keep things interesting.

  • Edit category showcase — Choose which categories appear in the category row and what images represent them.

  • Keep hero banners up to date. Nothing looks more neglected than a promotion that ended two weeks ago still sitting front and centre.
  • Use high-quality images. Blurry or low-resolution banners hurt credibility instantly.
  • Rotate content regularly. Even a small change every week or two makes the site feel alive.
  • Think mobile first. Most shoppers visit on their phones. Make sure your banner text is readable on small screens and that images are not too busy.
