Blog & Content

Beyond products and shopping, BYNDIO has several content pages that help build trust, answer questions, and keep visitors engaged. Here is what each one does and how you manage them.

The blog lives at https://byndio.in/blog. It displays a grid of published articles, with each card showing the post title, featured image, category, and publication date.

Clicking on a post takes the visitor to the full article at a URL like https://byndio.in/blog/how-to-style-summer-outfits.

Each blog post consists of:

  • Title — The headline that appears in the listing and at the top of the post.
  • Featured image — The main image that represents the post. This shows in the blog grid and at the top of the article.
  • Category — A label to group related posts together (e.g., “Fashion Tips”, “Tech Reviews”, “Marketplace News”).
  • Content — The body of the article, written using a rich text editor that supports headings, images, links, and formatted text.

You create, edit, and publish blog posts from the admin panel under Blog. From there you can:

  • Write new posts using the built-in editor.
  • Save posts as drafts if they are not ready to publish yet.
  • Edit or update existing posts at any time.
  • Delete posts that are no longer relevant.

A regularly updated blog helps with two things: it gives visitors a reason to come back, and it improves your site’s visibility in search engines. Even one or two posts a month makes a difference.

The FAQ page at https://byndio.in/faq shows a list of frequently asked questions with expandable answers. This is where visitors go to find answers about shipping, returns, payments, account issues, and how the platform works.

You manage FAQs from the admin panel under FAQs. You can:

  • Add new questions and answers.
  • Organise them into groups or categories.
  • Reorder them so the most common questions appear first.
  • Edit or remove outdated entries.

A good FAQ page reduces the number of support enquiries you receive. Whenever you notice the same question coming up repeatedly in customer messages, add it to the FAQ.

The about page at https://byndio.in/about tells visitors who BYNDIO is, what the platform stands for, and why they should trust it. It typically includes the company story, mission, and key statistics.

The content for this page is configured through the CMS section in the admin panel. You can update the text, images, and layout to reflect your current branding and messaging.

The contact page at https://byndio.in/contact provides a way for visitors to get in touch. It includes a contact form where visitors can enter their name, email address, subject, and message.

When someone submits the form, the message is sent to the admin. This is your direct line to visitors who have questions, feedback, or issues that are not covered by the FAQ.

Make sure someone on your team is checking these messages regularly. A quick response builds trust, and an unanswered contact form does the opposite.
