Platform Overview
BYNDIO is a full-featured multi-vendor marketplace. Think of it as an ecosystem where different types of users come together to buy, sell, promote, and grow.
Who uses BYNDIO?
Section titled “Who uses BYNDIO?”The platform has six main roles:
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Customer | Browses products, places orders, writes reviews, and earns reward points. Every user starts as a customer. |
| Seller | Lists products for sale, manages their own storefront, fulfils orders, and earns revenue. |
| Supplier | Operates in the B2B marketplace — connects with sellers and brands to supply products in bulk. |
| Influencer | Creates a shoppable storefront, curates product collections, and earns commissions on sales they drive. |
| Affiliate | Generates referral links and QR codes, promotes products across channels, and earns commissions per sale. |
| Brand | Launches influencer marketing campaigns, discovers creators, and tracks campaign performance. |
There is also the Admin — that is you. The admin manages the entire platform through a dedicated admin panel.
How roles work
Section titled “How roles work”Every user who signs up on BYNDIO starts as a Customer. If they want to become a Seller, Influencer, Affiliate, Supplier, or Brand, they visit the relevant “Become a…” page (for example, https://byndio.in/become/seller) and submit an application.
You, as the admin, review and approve or reject these applications from the admin panel. Once approved, the user gains access to their role-specific dashboard.
A single user can hold multiple roles. For example, someone could be both a Customer and a Seller, or a Customer and an Influencer.
